We spend so much time moving through life with thoughts, questions, emotions, and half-formed knowing that never quite get enough room to surface.

Curious Conversation is a space to change that.

This 50-minute digital gathering begins with a simple theme or question. We’ll spend a short time in guided meditation, followed by a brief time for journaling, and then open the room for conversation.

The majority of our time together will be spent there: thinking out loud, listening deeply, sharing what is coming up, asking deeper questions, and allowing the wisdom in the room to emerge through one another.

There is no pressure to have an answer, arrive with something profound, or even know exactly what you want to say. You can come with a question. A feeling. A contradiction. Something unresolved. Curiosity, or simply an ear to listen without speaking.

This is not a space where we ourselves or others. It is a space to be witnessed, to hear yourself more clearly, and to sit alongside other humans while we make meaning together.

Each gathering will be different because the people in the room will shape where the conversation goes.

There’s something special about gathering around a table.

Join Maven and Wasatch Food Co-op for an evening of shared recipes, good food, and meaningful conversation. Bring a dish you love, whether it’s a family favorite, a recipe you’ve perfected, or something simple that always brings people together. If you’re able, bring a few printed copies of the recipe to exchange with others.

Together, we’ll celebrate the stories behind our favorite meals while connecting with women in our community.

As Salt Lake City’s community-owned grocery store, Wasatch Food Co-op believes food has the power to strengthen neighborhoods, support local producers, and bring people together. We’re excited to partner with them for an evening that celebrates connection through food.

Maven CREATE is typically a membership-based space designed for focused work, collaboration, and community. Each Wednesday, we open the doors to the public—creating a shared environment where anyone can step in, experience the space, and be part of the rhythm.

There’s no structure, no agenda—just a place to work, connect, or simply be around others.

Bring your laptop, your journal, your ideas—or nothing at all.

Maven exists to create spaces where women can show up fully—without pressure to perform or produce. This is one small way we practice that together.

You’re welcome to drop in at any time and stay for as long as you’d like.
