This 50-minute in-person gathering is a guided space to return to yourself. To slow down, breathe, and reconnect through meditation, reflection, and a few moments of intentional stillness.
It’s intended primarily as personal time, held within the shared energy of community.
You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are and engage in the way that feels right for you. Simply listen, journal quietly, stay for the optional closing conversation, or slip out when your morning calls. All of it belongs here. There’s no expectation and no pressure here.
The purpose is simple: to offer a supportive container where you can set aside time for your inner work, while being gently held by the presence of others doing the same.
